Mint Lemonade


2/3 cup packed fresh mint leaves, chopped
6 1/4 cups water
1 (12-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
Fresh mint leaves, if desired

Instructions:
Combine chopped mint leaves and 2 1/4 cups water in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over high heat until mixture comes to a full boil (3 to 5 minutes).
Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; strain.
Meanwhile, stir together mint liquid, lemonade concentrate and
remaining 4 cups water in 2-quart heatproof pitcher. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Serve over ice; garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
TIP: Prepare lemonade as directed above. Pour into plastic pitcher.
Cover; place in picnic er for transporting. Place mint leaves into small resealable plastic food bag. Pour lemonade into gl***es; garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
