1 pound Monterey Jack Cheese, softened (Do Not substitute another cheese)

Cut cheese into 1/4" slices, then cut slices into circles using a 1 1/2" cutter. Place cheese rounds 3" apart on an ungreased non-stick baking sheet (cheese will spread) Sprinkle with Cayenne Pepper. Bake in a preheated 400 oven 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a metal spatula and on paper towels. Store airtight
