1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 package Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
8 cups Crispix
1 10 oz package small pretzel twists
1 11 1/2 oz can mixed nuts
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
