1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1 packed tablespoon brown sugar
liquid smoke to taste. I've seen people use 1/4 cup, I only use 3 or 4 dashes. It's very strong, I'd start out light
cracked black pepper to taste
Some people add salt, I don't worcestershire sauce has plenty

Marinate thinly sliced meat 12 - 14 hours
