Teriyaki Jerky

3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 packed tablespoon brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, smashed and minced
1 teaspon of mashed ginger (you can use 1/4 teaspoon gournd ginger)
1 tablespoon dried, minced onion

Slice partially frozen beef, elk, buffalo, venison, very thinly. Marinate in above mixture in either plastic bag or glass dish for 12 - 24 hours.

Dehydrate any way you like.

Make sure you trim any visible outside fat off slices.

YUMMMMM I love teriyaki...hopefully I'll get a dehydrator soon . Gonna check out prices at Walmart this weekend.
