This is an excellent grilling recipe. There is not too much sugar in it, it does not scorch as quickly as some other wing recipes. All the recipes I'm posting, I've personally tried so that you know that nothing weird is going to happen with them. I've gotten some off line that were less than perfect.
Peanut Butter Chicken Wings
2 1/2 lb

en wings, trimmed
2 ts curry powder
1/2 ts black pepper
2 tb ginger, fresh minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 ts durkees hot sauce
1/4 c peanut butter
1/2 ts salt
4 tb lemon juice
3 tb soy sauce
Mix marinade ingredients in large bowl. Add wings, stir and marinade
for 2 hours at room temperature. Drain and reserve marinade. Preheat
oven boiler. Place on broiling rack and broil 15-20 minutes or till
browned. Turn after 10 minutes and baste with marinate (or grill
on BBQ).
