1 package (10 oz.) creamed spinach frozen in a flavor-tight cooking pouch - Cook according to package directions, then pour into refrigerator container and chill.
When spinach is chilled stir in
- 1/4 cup commercial sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Keep refrigerated until time to serve with raw vegetables such as carrot, celery or zucchini sticks, ra and cauliflower.
