In a bowl at low speed of electric mixer blend
- 1 lb. very sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (4 cups)
- 1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1 4-oz. package Blue cheese, crumbled (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
Beat at high speed 5 minutes. Pack in one quart or several small containers. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 48 hours to improve flavor.
Serve at room temperature.
