3/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp pepper
16 whole

en wings (cut into three sections, with tips discarded)
In a saucepan, combine jam, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Bring to a boil and continue boiling 1 minute.
Place wings in bowl, dump jam mixture over and marinate 4 hrs - overnite.
Line a large sided baking sheet with aluminum foil. Using a slotted spoon scoop

en wings into pan. Reserve marinade. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile in a saucepan bring reserved marinade to boil and continue boiling 1 minute, reduce heat and simmer fo 10-15 mins or until thickened. Brush marinade over wings bake 20-25 minutes longer, basting one more time.
