Linda's Fabulous Crockpot Dip

Got this recipe from a friend and then revamped it to suit my family. Be careful though, it's a real gas producer!:D

Linda's Crockpot Dip

1 pound hot bulk sausage -- browned and drained
1 can tomatoes with green chilis
1 8 ounce cream cheese
1 can beans (pinto, black, red, kidney)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 cup Monterey jack cheese -- shredded

Throw all in crockpot and heat until done. Serve with tortilla chips.

Thought this recipe needed another go around since it is the holiday party time where you are looking for easy appetizers!

This sounds so great! I love one pot meals or snacks!

Cya later!

Hey Alice

Make sure you serve it to guests who are NOT staying. It's really, really good, but...one heck of a gas producer;)
