Crunchy Cucumber Spread

Crunchy Cucumber Spread

8 oz. cream cheese; softened
1/2-cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup finely chopped cucumber

Combine all ingredients; stir until blended. Cover; chill 2 hours.
Serve as a spread over crackers or crusty bread.

I made this yesterday, and let's just say my husband LOVED it.

Me and the kids at least got to taste it before he devoured it.
