Baked Nacho Dip

Baked Nacho Dip

1 cup cooked crab meat, flaked
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 - 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 round loaf of bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice the top off the bread and pull out the center, leaving a half inch shell. Cube the bread you pulled out and use for dipping.

In a 2 quart saucepan, mix together the soup, cream cheese, crab and cucumber. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Pour mixture into bread shell and cover loosely with foil. Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and garnish with sliced olives, diced green onions or bacon crumbles.
