I don't know why i need a pat on the back but it just sounds good to have one right now

So

who ever comes and gives me a good pat on the back ( not to hard now i have a sliped cracked disk and don't want to make it worse now)

Sometimes we all just need a hug, pat, or a "good job" or anything close to it!!

It's too bad that so many people are so busy with rushing to everything that they can't take a little time for or just don't remember the "nice" things in life.
